If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, simply return it in its original (new) condition within 30 days of the invoice date and we will refund the purchase price minus a $5.00 or 15% restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling fees, rush fees, gift wrap, and convenience fees are not refunded. When returning any part of your order, please use the form below. Carefully package all merchandise using the material supplied to prevent damage in transit and send it back through your local post office. Please reference the invoice number on the outside of the package.
