3. Your school's participation in the International Walk Our Children to School Day (traditionally held in September/October)
Letters are appropriate for three common situations:
1. Introducing the NEW-LIFESTYLES Did You Walk 10,000 Steps Today? program and pedometers
2. Alerting parents that their child will be bringing a pedometer home over the weekend
3. Notifying parents that their child will be asking them to wear a pedometer and participate in an activity
